Classes

The location of UC Santa Cruz Campus Natural Reserve makes it an ideal setting for undergraduate teaching and research, as it is literally steps away from the lecture hall and libraries and can be accessed within minutes. Having a living laboratory and outdoor classroom accessible on campus provides a unique and important resource for courses in a wide variety of disciplines.

Each year approximately 100 course offerings of 70 unique courses within 17 departments or colleges include field trips on the CNR or online activies with CNR staff. Below is a comprehensive list of courses that have included the CNR in their learning since 2012:
